Additional fees in limo and car service business
As everyone's reservation is unique, below you will find a list of different fees, on top of rate, that might be added to your reservation depending on services chosen.
Base rate
For point-to-point and airport service, Base Rate is based on distance and vehicle type or size. For example, regular full size sedan base rate will be lower comparing to an SUV, stretch limo rate or a bus rate. This also includes Per Hour Base Rate for hourly charters.
CPI Surcharge
Unfortunately, we operate in inflationary environment. Cost of doing business is getting higher including vehicle maintenance, parts and labor, vehicle replacement cost is getting higher not to mention shortages of all sorts, from parts to cars to people. This surcharge is based on Consumer Price Index (CPI) published by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.
Standard gratuity
We guarantee you will be happy with our driver's performance. 20% standard gratuity is automaticlly added to your bill. If you are not happy with your driver's performance, please contact our office and will adjust your bill.
FUEL & TOLL SURCHARGE
Fuel prices fluctuate a lot and impact our business tremendously. It's the biggest daily cost in transportation. This surcharge is based on national average fuel price. More info at Fuel Surcharge page.
Night fee
Depending on pick-up time of your reservation, additional night fee between $10 and $30 will be added to compensate drivers for night driving that usually prevents them to accommodate multiple pickups during day time. The following are additional night pick-up fees:
$10 for pick-ups between 5am and 5.59am as well as 10.00pm and 1059pm.
$20
for pick-ups between 4am and 4.59am as well as 11pm and 11.59pm
$30 for pick-ups between 12am/midnight and 3.59am.
