airport pick-up instructions

  • Limousine companies in Chicago are part of highly regulated industry. Limousine drivers have to follow strict rules and regulations so passengers can be picked-up quickly and safely.

  • First of all, it is ILLEGAL to park any car, including livery vehicles, in front of Chicago O'hare and Midway airport terminals.
  • Upon arrival, please do NOT expect for car to be parked in front of your terminal. Due to a huge number of cars at O’Hare and Midway airport every day, livery cars can ONLY pull up to terminals when passengers have their luggage and are ready to be picked-up.
  • Unless you schedule optional “Greet & Meet” service, for additional fee ranging between $25 and $35, all airport pick-ups are curbside pick-ups outside your terminal. Pick-up instructons will be emailed to you along with your confirmation email. Below you will find airport pick-up instructions for O'hare Airport and Midway Airport in Chicago.

 

 

 

 


O'Hare airport Pick-up instructions


DOMESTIC ARRIVALS at Terminal 1, 2 or 3
We will text you driver’s information including phone number and vehicle description once your flight will arrive. Upon arrival, proceed to BAGGAGE CLAIM area. Please CLAIM your luggage FIRST and contact your driver directly for pick-up.  Let your driver know what vestibule # or door # he or she can pick you up from.

Your driver can legally pick you up at the LOWER LEVEL/BAGGAGE CLAIM level only from the following dedicated areas:
Terminal 1: Vestibule 1B LL thru 1E LL (middle lane).
Terminal 2: Vestibule 2A LL thru 2E LL (middle lane).
Terminal 3: Vestibule 3A LL thru 3E LL (middle lane). 

On average, your driver will expect your phone call within 15-30 min of your domestic flight arrival.

If you can NOT reach your driver for some reason, please call our dispatchers at 773-230-1637 or 866-425-0976 toll free.

Due to City of Chicago restrictions and regulations, we CAN NOT pick-up passengers at vestibules "G" and "H"!!!

Also, please be advised that your driver is waiting for your phone call at the Commercial Vehicle Holding Area, aka "Staging Area" located 2.5 mile away from Terminal 1. After you contact your driver, he or she will pull-up to:
Terminal 1 within 5-15 min depending on traffic.
Terminal 2 within 8-20 min depending on traffic.
Terminal 3 within 10-25 min depending on traffic.

INTERNATIONAL ARRIVALS at Terminal 5
We will text you driver’s information including phone number and vehicle description once your flight will arrive. Upon arrival, clear immigration, CLAIM your luggage and clear customs. Let your driver know what vestibule # or door # he or she can pick you up from. Your driver can legally pick you up at the LOWER LEVEL vestibule 5D LL or 5E LL (first lane) at International Terminal 5.

On average, your driver will expect your phone call within 30-60 min of your int’l flight arrival.

If you can NOT reach your driver for some reason, please call our dispatchers at 773-230-1637 or 866-425-0976 toll free.

Also, please be advised that your driver is waiting for your phone call at the Commercial Vehicle Holding Area, aka "Staging Area" located 1.5 mile away from Terminal 5. After you contact your driver, he or she will pull-up to Terminal 5 within 5-10 min depending on traffic.

GREET & MEET
If you scheduled optional greet & meet service, your driver will be waiting with a sign showing your name at baggage claim carousel for domestic arrivals at Terminal 1, 2 or 3 or at the Terminal 5 information desk between exit A and B for international arrivals.

Midway airport Pick-up instructions

We will text you driver’s information including phone number and vehicle description once your flight will arrive. Upon arrival, proceed to BAGGAGE CLAIM area. Please CLAIM your luggage FIRST and contact your driver directly for pick-up. If you only have carry-on luggage, follow the baggage claim signs anyway to be at lower level. If you arrived internationally, clear immigration and customs. Once you have your luggage on hand, proceed outside thru exit door 2 to the middle lane.

If you can NOT reach your driver for some reason, please call our dispatchers at 773-230-1637 or 866-425-0976 toll free.

On average, your driver will expect your phone call within 15-30 min for domestic arrivals and 30-60 min of your int’l flight arrivals.

Also, please be advised that your driver is waiting for your phone call at the Commercial Vehicle Holding Area, aka "Staging Area" located 1 mile away from Midway. After you contact your driver, he or she will pull-up to Door 2 at Midway within 5-7 min depending on traffic.

GREET & MEET
Upon arrival, proceed to BAGGAGE CLAIM area. Our chauffeur with a sign showing your name will meet you at the baggage claim carousel for your flight. We will text you driver’s info including phone number just in case.
