Here at Stretch Limousine, we strive for 100 % customer satisfaction; however, some things might go in a direction hard to predict.

Timing and punctuality

Our goal is to be on time every time. Drivers should be on location 5-10 min before scheduled pick-up time. All cars are equipped in GPS tracking devices. Our dispatchers monitor drivers and possible traffic changes. But still, accidents happen all the time. There is lots of construction around. In a situation if our driver is late more than 15 min, we will apply negative wait time credits to your reservation.
What it means is we will discount your total by calculating a wait time charge as described in your confirmation email, as if we would be waiting for you, and apply this credit to your reservation. In reality, we will pay you for waiting for your driver. This applies to reservations scheduled ahead of time. This will not apply to last minute reservations scheduled less than 6 hours before the pick-up time.

Cleanliness of your vehicle

Taking care of the car, limo or a bus is the responsibility of the driver. Every passenger deserves to be picked up in clean vehicle. This is what we promise. This is what you pay for. In a situation when driver did not prep the vehicle properly, we will refund up to 50% of driver’s gratuity.

Stocking limos and buses

Standard complementary bar is included with every hourly limo/limo bus reservation where everyone is over 21.  Stocking limos and limo party buses in beverages is responsibility of your driver. In a situation, your chauffeur would not stock your vehicle properly; we will refund the cost of missing beverages up to 50% of driver’s gratuity.

Air Conditioning and Heat

As much as we maintain our fleet regularly, unexpected mechanical problems occur mainly during extreme heat and extreme cold. In a situation when our vehicle pulls up to the pick-up location and heat or A/C is not working properly, you have a right to reject service and we will refund the entire booking or still utilize the service and we will heavily discount your service. Depending on severity of the problem, we will refund up to 25% of your base rate excluding driver’s tip and fuel/toll surcharge.
