Policies

Parking and Tolls
Passengers are responsible for all parking fees and tolls. These amounts will be added to your final fare.

Waiting Time
If a driver is required to wait more than 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time - or scheduled stops - you will be charged $10 per 15-minute interval up to one hour. After that, the ride becomes a charter at $40 per hour.

Cancellations
We prefer to receive any cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance, but will accept then up to one hour before scheduled pickup time. If cancellation notice is not received in that time, we will charge the minimum fare as a service charge. If a pickup change is not requested in the time, waiting time charges will apply (see above).

Service Charges
All "no shows" at O'Hare and Midway airports will be billed at $25. "No shows" for all other fares will be billed the full amount of the fare. Failure to inform Stretch Limousine, Inc. of missed or changed flight information will result in a service charge of 50% of the full fare.
